The following is from Your Soul's Assignment:

Life is not a mistake. It is not a series of random events with no defined purpose. The universe is alive and filled with Spirit. There is an Intelligence at the helm- unfolding a Divine purpose. That purpose is to individualize life and evolve it to a point of conscious awareness. The "will" of God is to Self-express through individualized centers of God-awareness.

As spiritual beings living in physical bodies, our destiny is clear. Inevitably, we must be transformed. At some point, the inner must be revealed on the outer. Our inherent possibility must be demonstrated in our day-to-day lives. The infinite spiritual potential that we hold inside must inevitably make its way to the outer perimeter of our lives revealing what Spirit has created us to be. In other words: Transformation is your destiny!
It is the nature of life to transform itself. Caterpillars transform themselves into butterflies. Tadpoles transform themselves into frogs. And human embryos become adults. Everything in nature is in a constant state of change. We are designed by our Creator to go as far as we can in our current shape, and then to transform into something new, leaving our former, limited self behind. This transformation is not always physical in nature.

Most people agree that the person they are today is not the same as the person they were five or ten years ago. Their thoughts, feelings, and priorities have changed. They see things differently and have grown out of certain behaviors. This change isn't just the result of growing older. It is an effect of spiritual maturation.

We are designed by our Creator to eclipse our former selves and become something more than we have been. We are made to let out this infinite well of being that we have inside. And as we do, we naturally achieve greater wisdom and depth. We become more loving and understanding. We develop compassion and learn to trust. When we let out what we have inside, more of God is revealed in the world and we fulfill our destiny of transformation.

Already, just a few years into the 21st century, many of our institutions, governmental structures and religious organizations are in varying states of change. Old paradigms and systems are breaking down. They no longer fulfill the purpose they were designed to serve.

All of this is a result of our own individual transformation. As individuals change, we demand similar change within our organizations. Old ways of doing things become quickly outdated and must be replaced with new models.

Our new social conscience calls on us to create only win/win paradigms. When we see that the universe and everything in it comes from the same Source, we can no longer compartmentalize our successes, or accept a course of action that allows one person to win, while someone else loses. We have to find a way where everyone can succeed.
As the old society breaks down, rigid boundaries between whites and blacks, rich and poor, Christians and non-Christians become blurred. The new diversity calls on us to accept our differences and celebrate the ONE life that runs through every person. As we do this, we learn that instead of one race or religion being right, while the other is wrong-ALL roads lead back to the same Source and ALL people are creations of Spirit, each holding equal value.

We cannot avoid this transformation! As the Borg would say on the series Star Trek: The Next Generation, "Resistance is futile!" It has been preprogrammed by our Creator to occur first, individually-and then collectively within us all. Spirit is awakening in the world-one life at a time-wanting to express all that it is. Day by day, it becomes clearer that the only solution is love. The only answer is unity. The only lasting peace will come from inviting everyone to the table of good.

Your desire for a better life is God-in-you waking up to what's possible for you. Your unwillingness to settle for less than what you really want is God-in-you knowing its worth. Your dissatisfaction for old, limited ways of thinking that would allow one group to have power and resources over another is God-in-you knowing we're all ONE.

You aren't finished with your work here on earth until you discover the greatness you have within you-and then show it to the world. You have a spiritual obligation to your Creator to live the very best life you can imagine. It's not too late. There's still time.
